Care Guide
Avalanche+ roses have a long vase life, with the right care up to 14 days. Below you will find all the tips so you can enjoy the beautiful Avalanche+ roses for as long as possible.
How to care for our roses?
Use a clean vase.
It is best to clean the vase before placing the roses in it. This can be done by using chlorine and warm water. Make sure that no residue from a previous bouquet remains by scrubbing well and rinse the vase thoroughly with water.
Cut off 5cm
Cut the stems diagonally with a sharp knife. Do this approximately 5 cm from the bottom of the stem, so that the stem can absorb the water well.
Remove the lower leaves
Remove the lower leaves. The leaf should not come into contact with the water in the vase. This causes faster pollution of the water.
Water, food and chlorine
Put cut flower food or a drop of chlorine in the vase. Then fill the vase with lukewarm water. Always make sure the vase is as full with water as possible.
All stems underwater
Carefully place the roses in the vase and ensure that all stems are submerged in water.
Vase placement
Do not place your vase near fruit, in full sun or on floor heating.
Separating new and old
Never place new roses in a vase that already contains older roses.
Refresh the water
Change the water before it becomes cloudy.
Lifespan may vary
Roses remain a natural product. Shelf life may vary from time to time.
